With two decades of experience in Portugal and Portuguese-speaking African countries, I have worked in leadership and management positions in renowned institutions in the financial sector, where I have had the opportunity to develop and consolidate skills in auditing, accounting, planning, quality management and project organization and management. Along the way, I've acquired a deep understanding of the best practices and strategies that make businesses and projects more solid, efficient and in line with the demands of today's market.
The creation of Phoenix Horizon (derived from Horizon) represents the decisive step towards applying all this experience to a single project, where I can concentrate on helping our clients reach their full potential. Motivated by curiosity and the desire to expand horizons, I studied Finance at ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon. It was during these years that my fascination with the financial sector guided me towards a career of impact.
